Training Programs

• Live Courses: 100% refund available if requested at least 5 business days before the start of the course. No refunds after the course begins.
• Self-Paced Courses: Refunds available within 3 days of purchase if less than 10% of content is completed.
• Corporate Training: Refund terms are defined in the custom service agreement.

Staffing & Consulting Services

Due to the nature of professional services, refunds are not applicable unless specified in a signed service-level agreement (SLA).

How to Request a Refund:
Email support@yourcompany.com with your name, course title, and reason for the refund request.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
